What is Sisu Studio?
Sisu Studio is a creative space where customers:
Design and create custom sterling silver jewelry in workshops. We make rings, bracelets, pendants, bolo ties, and more.
Our mission is to deliver unforgettable experiences and high-quality craftsmanship in every session.
What You’ll Do as a Silversmith:
Lead Jewelry Workshops: Guide clients through designing and creating their custom pieces.
Engage Clients: Greet clients, explain the process, and ensure a fantastic experience.
Earn Commissions & Tips: Boost your earnings with premium workshop upgrades and retail sales.
Support Studio Goals: Execute marketing, sales, and retention tasks, convert walk-ins into bookings, and capture videos for marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking team members who are:
Natural people-people with strong communication skills
Organized, professional, and great at time management
Self-disciplined yet patient with others
Excited to learn silversmithing and develop leadership and business skills
Tech-savvy and eager to contribute to a fun, creative environment
No silversmithing experience required but always a bonus!
